Weg 1 · In der App
Direkt in Delikta löschen
Öffne in der App dein Profil (Symbol oben rechts) und tippe auf „Account löschen". Nach einer kurzen Bestätigung wird dein Konto sofort gelöscht.
Weg 2 · Per E-Mail
Löschung per E-Mail anfragen
Alternativ sende eine E-Mail von der oder mit Angabe der E-Mail-Adresse, die zu deinem Delikta-Konto gehört, an:
Bitte nenne darin die Konto-E-Mail-Adresse, damit wir das richtige Konto zuordnen können. Eine besondere Formulierung ist nicht nötig – der Hinweis „Account löschen" reicht.
Was wird gelöscht?
Gelöscht werden dein Konto sowie die damit verknüpften Daten – insbesondere dein Profil und Spielername, dein Spielstand und deine Ergebnisse zu den Tagesfällen, deine Serie sowie dein Delikts-Guthaben samt Verlauf. Die Löschung in der App erfolgt sofort; per E-Mail bearbeiten wir deine Anfrage in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Sobald die Löschung abgeschlossen ist, lässt sich das Konto nicht wiederherstellen. Anonym gespielte Fortschritte ohne verknüpftes Konto sind nur lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und werden durch Deinstallation der App entfernt.

Option 1 · In the app
Delete directly in Delikta
In the app, open your profile (icon at the top right) and tap “Delete account”. After a short confirmation your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 · By email
Request deletion by email
Alternatively, send an email from, or stating, the email address associated with your Delikta account to:
Please include the account email address so we can identify the correct account. No special wording is required – stating “delete account” is enough.
What gets deleted?
We delete your account and the data linked to it – in particular your profile and player name, your game progress and daily-case results, your streak and your Delikts balance including its history. Deletion in the app happens immediately; by email we usually process your request within 30 days.
Once deletion is complete, the account cannot be restored. Progress played anonymously without a linked account is stored only locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
